This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights when you use our online store and place orders.
١. المعلومات التي نجمعها1. Information we collect
نجمع المعلومات التي تقدّمها عند الطلب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، عنوان التوصيل (المدينة والمنطقة)، تفاصيل الطلب، وطريقة الدفع المختارة. قد نجمع تلقائيًا بيانات تقنية محدودة مثل نوع المتصفح والجهاز لأغراض تشغيل الموقع وأمانه. لا نطلب ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقات الدفع.We collect the information you provide when ordering: your name, phone number, delivery address (city and area), order details, and chosen payment method. We may automatically collect limited technical data such as browser and device type to operate and secure the site. We do not request or store payment-card details.

نستخدم معلوماتك لتجهيز طلبك وتوصيله، والتواصل معك بشأن الطلب، وتقديم الدعم، وتحسين خدماتنا، والامتثال لالتزاماتنا القانونية. لا نبيع معلوماتك لأي طرف.We use your information to prepare and deliver your order, communicate with you about it, provide support, improve our services, and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your information.

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك عند تقديم الطلب، ولتنفيذ العقد بيننا (توصيل طلبك)، ولمصالحنا المشروعة في تشغيل المتجر، وللامتثال للقانون. يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت.We process your data based on your consent when you place an order, to perform our contract with you (delivering your order), for our legitimate interests in running the store, and to comply with the law. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
٤. مشاركة المعلومات4. Sharing your information
قد نشارك بياناتك مع: مزوّدي خدمة التوصيل لإيصال طلبك؛ منصة واتساب (شركة Meta) عند تواصلك أو تأكيد طلبك عبرها؛ ومزوّدي البنية التقنية مثل Google Firebase وCloudflare لاستضافة الموقع وتخزين بيانات الطلبات بشكل آمن. قد تُخزَّن هذه البيانات على خوادم خارج فلسطين أو إسرائيل وفقًا لسياسات هؤلاء المزوّدين.We may share your data with: delivery providers to fulfil your order; the WhatsApp platform (Meta) when you contact or confirm your order through it; and infrastructure providers such as Google Firebase and Cloudflare to host the site and securely store order data. This data may be stored on servers outside Palestine or Israel in accordance with those providers' policies.

نتّخذ تدابير معقولة لحماية بياناتك، بما في ذلك تشفير الاتصال (HTTPS) وضوابط الوصول إلى لوحة الإدارة. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي نقل عبر الإنترنت بنسبة 100٪.We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our admin panel. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

يحق لك الاطّلاع على بياناتك الشخصية وتصحيحها أو طلب حذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها أو سحب موافقتك. لممارسة هذه الحقوق، تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب وسنستجيب خلال مدة معقولة.You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to its processing or withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will respond within a reasonable time.
٨. التخزين المحلي وملفات تعريف الارتباط8. Local storage & cookies
يستخدم موقعنا تخزينًا محليًا بسيطًا في متصفحك (مثل محتويات سلة التسوّق وتفضيل اللغة) لتشغيل المتجر. لا نستخدم هذه البيانات لتتبّعك لأغراض إعلانية.Our site uses simple local storage in your browser (such as your cart contents and language preference) to operate the store. We do not use this to track you for advertising.
٩. خصوصية الأطفال9. Children's privacy
متجرنا موجّه للبالغين. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من القاصرين دون موافقة وليّ الأمر.Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without parental consent.
١٠. الامتثال القانوني (فلسطين وإسرائيل)10. Legal compliance (Palestine & Israel)
نسعى للامتثال للأنظمة المعمول بها في المناطق التي نخدمها. في الضفة الغربية، نحترم حماية الخصوصية المنصوص عليها في القانون الأساسي الفلسطيني وقانون حماية المستهلك رقم 21 لسنة 2005. وبالنسبة للمعاملات الخاضعة للقانون الإسرائيلي، نأخذ بعين الاعتبار قانون حماية الخصوصية لعام 1981 وأنظمة حماية الخصوصية (أمن البيانات) لعام 2017 وتعديلاتها. قد تنطبق متطلبات إضافية (مثل تسجيل قواعد البيانات) ويُنصح بمراجعة محامٍ مختص لتحديدها.We aim to comply with the laws applicable in the areas we serve. In the West Bank, we respect the privacy protections of the Palestinian Basic Law and Consumer Protection Law No. 21 of 2005. For dealings subject to Israeli law, we take into account the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017 and their amendments. Additional requirements (such as database registration) may apply; a qualified lawyer should confirm these.
